We always try our best to have product with us before we launch, but sometimes there are situations that are outside of our control. When this happens Hine Collection may offer Pre-Orders to allow customers the opportunity to secure the items they are wanting without the stress of missing out. 

Hine Collection Pre-Orders will remain available for a limited time or until sold out. If you purchase an in-stock item with a pre-order item - please note: Your entire order will be held until the pre-ordered items arrive at our warehouse to dispatch your order in full.

In the instance Hine Collection releases a product on Pre-Order, the estimated dispatch time will be clearly displayed when adding items to the cart. Your order confirmation will also include these details. Once dispatched, your order will ship via the shipping method selected at checkout.
