In preparation for the rebrand of Hine Collection; Our big Clear Out Sale starting Thursday 3rd July means all product on our website are deemed to be final sale and will be unable to be returned for exchange, store credit or refund.
For customers who ordered prior to Thursday 3rd July
Please note; As our clear out sale will be in full effect, this means our stock levels will constantly change. We will do our best to provide a remedy option for you by way of exchange if stock allows or refund.
How do I return?
• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items can I return?
•We accept returns for: Exchange or refund dependent on stock availability.
•You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your products.
• Items must be in original condition.
• Full priced items
• Please note; As our clear out sale will be in full effect, this means our stock levels will constantly change. We will do our best to provide a remedy option for you by way of exchange if stock allows or refund.
• Items must be unwashed and unworn.
• Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request.
• In the original packaging with tags attached.
• For health & safety reasons swimwear must still have the adhesive plastic attached to bottoms & all tags attached. We advise to try on bottoms with underwear.
• ALL underwear & socks are non returnable or exchangeable. We will only replace these items if you have received an incorrect size, item or if the product deems faulty.
Mothers Day Promotion:

I have a faulty or Incorrect item?
• If you have recieved your order and there is a problem with your item(s), please send an email to our admin team at info@hinecollection.com along with a photo of your fault/incorrect and a brief description of the reason and our team will be able to assist you.
• You have 6 months from delivery of your item to submit a faulty claim. If the item is deemed to be faulty you will be issued a replacement item or store credit.
