How do I return?
• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Please ensure you attach a photo of the faulty/incorrect items to speed up the process
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your products.
• Items must be in original condition.
• Full priced items
• Please note: Last Chance items, Outlet Sale, the Warehouse Sale items and Mystery Bundles are unable to be returned for store credit or refund as these items are deemed final sale items.
• Items must be unwashed and unworn.
• Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request.
• In the original packaging with tags attached.
• For health & safety reasons swimwear must still have the adhesive plastic attached to bottoms & all tags attached. We advise to try on bottoms with underwear.
• ALL underwear & socks are non returnable or exchangeable. We will only replace these items if you have received an incorrect size, item or if the product deems faulty.
Are there any charges for return?
We accept returns for change of mind items purchased at full price. A store credit or refund will be issued.
If you're returning for store credit; Hine Collection will cover the cost of shipping and a store credit will be issued to the entire value paid.
If you're returning for refund (to the method of payment used);
• New Zealand Residents: Will be deducted $10.00 from the total being refunded to cover the cost of shipping.
• Australian Residents: Will be deducted $20.00 from the total being refunded to cover the cost of shipping.
• Rest of the World: Will be deducted $25.00 from the total being refunded to cover the cost of shipping.
Your shipping label will be emailed to you shortly after submitting your return request.
(please note, orders paid entirely or partially with store credit will be refunded that amount to store credit)
How soon will I get my refund?
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 6 working days.
I have a faulty or Incorrect item?
• If you recieved your order and there is a problem with your items, please complete the above form and select faulty or incorrect as the reason.
• You have 6 months from delivery of your item to submit a faulty claim. If the item is deemed to be faulty you will be issued a replacement item or store credit.
