RETURNS

OUR RETURN POLICY

Please note our updated returns policy - we no longer offer a refund for returns as of the 16th October 2023.

We accept returns for change of mind items purchased at full price. A store credit or exchange will be issued.

Please note, you will be liable to cover the cost of any returns- we recommend using tracked postage as we are not liable for any parcels deemed missing during transit  

Please complete our returns form within 14 days of the date your order was received.

What items are returnable?

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Full priced items
  • Please note: Last Chance items, Mystery Bundles and Outlet Sale items can not be returned as these are deemed final sale. 
  • Please note: Warehouse Sale items, App Sale and Hybrid Sale are able to be returned for exchange or store credit as these sale items are separate to outlet products.
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request.
  • In the original packaging with tags attached.
  • For health & safety reasons swimwear must still have the adhesive plastic attached to bottoms & all tags attached. We advise to try on bottoms with underwear.
  • ALL underwear & socks are non returnable or exchangeable. We will only replace these items if you have received an incorrect size, item or if the product deems faulty.

Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you.

 

RETURNS

We are unable to process your return until your item is physically received by us. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

At Hine collection, we act quickly in adjusting our prices in response to fashion trends and stock levels. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund on the difference of an item you purchased, that is now on sale.

Please Note : The HINE RAUMATI OFF THE SHOULDER SWIMSUIT is not available for exchange or refund due to no hygienic strip on the swimsuit.

FAULTY ITEMS:

Please email info@hinecollection.com with your order number and an image of the fault so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. You will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.

STORE CREDIT:

Store Credits are offered for change of mind on all full priced items.

Please note: You will need to create an Online Account with Hine Collection to apply your Store Credit code at checkout. To create an account please click on the account icon at the top  right hand corner on the website.

 

RETURNS USING AFTERPAY & LAYBUY

Returns remain subject to Hine Collection’s returns policy. If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. When we receive the item/s and accept your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned.

Your agreement with AfterPay/LayBuy will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
