We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was received.

What items are returnable?

  • Items must be in original condition.
  • Full priced & Sale items can be returned (this excludes Last Chance items)
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Item must be sent back with a returns form including your order information, without the returns form, we cannot always correctly identify the customer and may not be able to fulfil your return request.
  • In the original packaging with tags attached.
  • For health & safety reasons swimwear must still have the adhesive plastic attached to bottoms & all tags attached. We advise to try on bottoms with underwear.
  • ALL underwear & socks are non returnable or exchangeable. We will only replace these items if you have received an incorrect size, item or if the product deems faulty.

Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition your request will not be actioned and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you.

You the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost. We will only cover the cost if the item is faulty or if we have sent you the incorrect item. We will refund your shipping cost to you.

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want a full price item purchased from, please return it to us online within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit equal to the value paid for the item(s).

Sale items: You cannot exchange for a different product, only a different size in the original product ordered. If this is not available, we will issue you an online credit. No refunds will be issued for sale items. 

Last Chance items are not valid for exchange, store credit or refund. These are final sale items.

Full Price items are valid for a refund and must be returned to our online store to be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Full price items are valid for exchange on other full priced item(s).

We are unable to process your return until your item is physically received by us. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.



Please email with your order number and an image of the fault so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. You will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.



We offer Store Credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. We offer returns on all Full price & Sale items for store credit only provided that:

  • Items are Faulty
  • Sent Incorrectly
  • The items were on sale at time of purchase

Or missing from your order.

Please note: You will need to create an Online Account with Hine Collection to apply your Store Credit code at checkout. To create an account please click on the account icon at the top  right hand corner on the website.



We only offer refunds on Full Priced items, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing items.

Sale items can only be returned for a store credit.

Last Chance items are non-refundable.



Returns remain subject to Hine Collection’s returns policy. If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order. When we receive the item/s and accept your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned.

Your agreement with AfterPay/LayBuy will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
