Size: These leggings should be tight to get on and will mould with your body throughout the usage of them. We recommend sticking with your usual size if you are after that compressed fit. Size up if you want compression with a little give/room.

As a plus size woman, it's always been ridiculously hard to find really, properly, nice fitting, non-see through, holds-you-in-the-right-places full length leggings. I'm a total convert to Hine, I now have three pairs – one of each of their styles, and every single legging is PERFECT. Amazing fit, amazing compression, nothing turns see through when you squat or bend. I go to pilates with confidence now – and nothing digs in where it's not meant to. With Te Reo Māori as my first language, choosing a name that reflects my identity and the values of my brand was essential.
Hine Collection is a purpose built brand that was born out of frustration. As a size 16, I was just starting my health and fitness journey after a health scare, I encountered a frustrating reality: the lack of activewear options for women like me. It struck me that if I faced this challenge, countless others in New Zealand and around the world did too.
