DIRECTIONS: Mix 2 scoops (32g) of powder into approx. 250ml of water, milk of choice or add to a smoothie.

My fav protein EVER & I have tried many many many! It’s smooth, tastes delicious but not too overpowering & feels like a TREAT when you are having it. If you are a cinnamon lover you NEED this is in your life. Just kix with milk & shake! No need to blend with other stuff like most pea proteins cos they are grainy & gross! Simply THE BEST 💖

As a size 16, I was just starting my health and fitness journey after a health scare, I encountered a frustrating reality: the lack of activewear options for women like me.
